The young lady that took care of us was very friendly and extremely helpful, but when the gates wouldn't open cause of snow stormIi called and spoke with after hours office and i tried giving young lady information to let customers out of lock down and she said she would put in complaint and see if someone would be able to respond. She couldn't do anything more.To me that was very unprofessional. The police would not get us out either.. I was very furious to know that we could of been stuck in storage units during freezing cold snow storm with no food water etc. and not get our vehicles out and no bathroom access.for how much we pay in that unit even though it shouldn't have to do with money, we should not have to worry about being stranded in middle of nowhere as it was for me cause i live one hour and fifteen minutes away. Anyway one more thing is all units should have lighting like it says in advertisement. everybody is looking in my bin asking what i have. One lady actually set her stuff on my boxes in my bin because she said they were to heavy and they needed to rest a minute Its bad enough the top walls have big gaps in them and they can see and grab things if they wanted. Just a idea or suggestion to the company. iI know you need air flowing through for safety purposes, but they could of put metal vents with air holes to vent and also secured the customers items at the same time. That would of been common sense if you ask me. Well They better never hope I get locked in again, because i will move my stuff out as quick as I moved it in.I do like the cleanliness s far.The lot as well is very kept up. I did like that they were able to give us storage unit so soon. It was kind of last minute we found out we needed one. So they were very prompt and helped us in that situation.
